Here is a list that has been put up on a couple different websites, allegedly from a lifeguard at the park. Most of them sound right. There are separate loops for Typhoon Tillies and leaning palms. I'm sure one of them is the Rio Grande shanty heard here:

I worked in Singapore Sal's at Typhoon Lagoon a couple of summers ago. Sadly I don't know of any track list, but it seems like the list that have been put together so far seems to go along with what I can remember being played in the shop. I do remember the loop isn't very long because I would seem to hear the same songs multiple times in a day. I also know that the music played along the entrance walk was all steel pan (drum) music. I used to live in Trinidad where the steel pan was invented so that was my favorite music in the park.
I am still in contact with my leader and can try contacting them to see if they know how to get an exact track list of the music played.
