Scheduled Station - Song Names

I apologize if this has already been answered but is there a way to stream the track name for the scheduled radio? Not a schedule but just to have the track name play in my media player.

I actually prefer to listen to the scheduled tracks than the member requests. I find the member requests can be a little more random than I would like at times.

I recognize most things in the scheudle but every now and then I hear something I like but don't recognize. It woudl be nice to know what is playing if that is not extraordinarily impossible. Of course, I will continue enjoying the anonymous tracks if that can't happen.

I'll let Subsonic answer the particulars on this one, but I believe the player that is udsed for the Schduled stream does not allow for the name to be displayed/broadcast. I could be wrong about that, but I think I remember seeing this response once before (a long time ago)

My player does show the song name at the bottom on the Scheduled stream. I've got Real Player 11.

Ah, so it's the fact that I am using Window's Media Player that is preventing me from seeing the song names. Thanks for the heads up!

Yeah but for those of us that are anti-apple anything (and better for it) prefer to use other players. I still like the Subsonic player, but I wish I could use it here at work because I have to listen with quicktime......an evil little program that times out if I listen for more than an hour.
