Hunchback Track ended before supposed to???

I requested the Hunchback track from MGM Studios show and it was supposed to be 20+ minutes and it ended and went to the next requested track after it played for like 4 or 5 minutes...
Why? I lost all my request points on the track and it didn't even play?
What's up with that?
