No, it's not Soarin although that would work for the "speeding through the park I'm not in" part. You are in the correct park though.

You are right on! It was the wondercycles! I loved them from my trips there as a child. You could bike down main street in Disneyland and also through the tournament of roses parade. It was like a trip within a trip.
