Ummmm..... Hold up, folks.
I haven't been to this thread in a while, but I have to say that you got that wrong, Garyman. That was not a quote from the Health Inspector. That quote came from one of the kitchen staff when Linguini couldn't figure out how to make the soup without Remy.
I'm actually surprised no one caught it, and everyone moved on. I think we should go back to the Health Inspector until someone gets a real quote from him....

Good catch Mousekedude! I didn't even pay attention to it...I just scrolled to the bottom. Unfortunately, I do not know a quote by the Health Inspector. (although I'm starting to think it's a trick question...

Since you're the one who caught it, Mouskedude -why didn't you put in a quote from the Health Inspector?

Okay, it's not a trick question. He only has a couple lines in the whole movie.
The most obvious one is this one where they show him answering the phone: (extremely bored tone) "Health inspector....."
Then another quote would be: (bored and annoyed tone) "I have the address, if something opens up I'll come by..."
Okay, now that I've cleared that up, I'll go ahead and continue where we left off with King Triton.
"I just don't know what we're going to do with you, young lady."
Now how about a quote from Scuttle?

Here's something for tempting the palate. Prepared in the classic technique. First, you *pound* the fish flat with the mallet. Then you slash through the skin, give the belly a slice. Then you rub some salt in, 'cause that makes it taste nice!
