Yes, finally.

Alice Faye was in a movie titled Tail Spin (admittedly, it has nothing to do with Harris).

and Phil Harris voiced Baloo in the Jungle Book, Baloo is the main character in the tv show TailSpin. That was the first clue.

That is a neat picture, not at all what I would have expected Baloo's voice's owner to look like though!
