He's not Xavier Atencio, but you're getting warmer. Xavier Atencio, if you ever seen him, usually had a mustache. Howver, Atencio did work with this man on songs like "Grim Grinning Ghosts" and "If You Had Wings".

Yes, it's dearly departed Norman "Buddy" Baker! 
Buddy Baker not only composed the score to the Haunted Mansion attraction, but also to If You Had Wings, Wonders of China of EPCOT, The American Adventure, Impression du France, Canada 360 movie (the original), Journey to the Center of the Earth and the Voyages of Sinbad over at TDL's DisneySea. There's probably a lot of music heard here on Subsonic that we owe thanks to this man.

With the Buddy Baker photo, the filename of the photo has "Buddy Baker" in it. That's how I cheated.

Congrats! And thanks, I'll have to remember to rename the pics as well in the future. 
Paul Frees, famous for being the Ghost Host of the Haunted Mansion, is also famous for doing the pirate captain in Pirates of the Caribbean. He also was the narrator of the DL's Lincoln attraction and the tomorrowland ride about molecules. Additionally, outside of Disney, he was the voice of Boris Badenov, always after the "moose and squirrel" in the Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle. He also was the voice of Toucan Sam, who "followed his nose" to find Fruit Loops in the cartoon cereal ads.
