That is the cartoon version of one of the main characters in Clerks.

But I dont see how that is Disney?

Clerks is a Miramax film. Miramax is owned by disney. Clerks the animated series is a very short lived primetime show made by the disney animation studio and shown on ABC. Does anyone know the character's name.
