It is a mister thingy but a special one. Ready for the reveal? This one seem to be a little tougher that I thought. For whatever reason, I usually notice this thing while riding a certain, relaxing attraction.

Ditto! Also, Tomorrowland or not, turbine engines can not work embedded in the side like that
