Yes it's one of the sitting rooms on the Liberty Belle. The wooden column on the left side of the picture is part of the smokestack.

Okay, I am going to make a vote that the pic is too small and blurry..


But to take a total stab in the dark.... sticking your hand in the water around the Seas With Nemo and Friends? the outside where the sign and the birds are.

Sorry, older pic, didn't have the high res camera then. And if I pan back any more its a dead give away. The jist of its there though so grab the spectacles.

I say MGM - the Fantasia planters of the brooms pouring "water" (blue flowers) out of buckets while Mickey conducts them. it's right next to the big archway leading to Mickey Ave (Pixar Place)

I have a couple pictures that I use for my desktop.
