Yes! I think that quote was as you were going down the tunnel toward the light that resembled a turbine engine, before you turned to the left into the IMAX screens (where the final attack on Emperor Zurg would be in Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin).

For some reason I thought it was during the gangster scene with Squid, Beans, and Mugsy. Oh well, close enough, A+.

You were thinking of the line that goes "Shut up you two, you wanna blow our cover?" Instead, look for a clip in the finale of a guy in black and white playing golf.
