that's my guess too. right outside the Odyssey in EPCOTDisBeamer wrote:If it's not KS (which seems like a good guess to me), my guess is the place between Future World and World Showcase in Epcot, where they used to have flamingos way back when. Kinda on the left hand side as you face WS, going toward the Odyssey?

Len90, it is not KS. Captain Schnemo, no it is not behind the pool at the AKL. And Disbeamer, that is a very long description of the correct answer. It is an old picture that I scanned in (not too well, I am sorry) of the pool between Mexico and what used to be the Odyssey restaurant.

Yay! I always wondered what happened to those guys. I assume they got moved to AK when it opened, but it seems to me they might have disappeared before that.
I don't have access to any pics at the moment, so if someone else would like to post one feel free. Otherwise I'll try tomorrow morning.

Huh...I remember the flamingos, but not the sandy beach. The old brain must be getting defective.
I only dropped into the thread because I saw a flickr picture the other day and even though it's really easy, I liked the clues.
So, this one should last maybe 10 minutes, depending on who's reading right now:

Okay, I have this one that I took. I had to crop out a lot since it would be a dead give away. However, I think someone will get it by the end of the night.

Okay, I seriously have to make these a whole lot harder. You are correct. Luckily I have another couple of hundred pictures to play around with.Mupsy90 wrote:cape may cafe?

That is a good guess, I'm going to agree but say if not, then I think it's River Country back in the day.DisBeamer wrote:If it's not KS (which seems like a good guess to me), my guess is the place between Future World and World Showcase in Epcot, where they used to have flamingos way back when.
