OH MY!!!!!!! Just how tricksy is Mouskedude being?
We are all looking at the picture wondering where is this thing and I mean just that we are looking directly AT it.
What if we should not be doing that but looking UP or DOWN into it.
If it was above us it could be a fake veranda ceiling and the square box in it could be a light, however if it was below us it could be a drain.
So where in Liberty Square would you be looking down, I can only think of one place.
Is it looking down from the stocks in Liberty Square?

No one has it yet, so I'll give a little hint: it is related in a certain way to the Hall of Presidents, but it is not the hall itself, and it is not something inside the hall. What is the object?
