Okay, since there haven't been any guesses in a while, here's a hint: it's a pretty prominent spot in a park. The park is not Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, or Magic Kingdom. Go for it!!!!

Yeah, for the longest time I thought Mousekedude was standing on a roof in that picture because of the shadow... You know he tries to be tricky!
