Looking at the reflection on it (getting desperate, I know) I'm starting to think it's inside. It looks like it has track lighting reflecting. Then the bright behind it either has to be (I think) a lit-up sign or a window.

All of that said I still can't place it. The bright colors seem more value-ish than deluxe-ish but it's hard to tell. Quite the mystery you've set us!

I actually didn't expect this one to be this hard. Y'all are so good at knowing these random places. I certainly wouldn't get it if I hadn't taken the picture, though. I'm terrible at this game.

It's not just the colors that make it look value-ish. Those are industrial halogen lights, like you find in Lowes. I will make a guess as to the all-star Movie resort?

i would have to say that that is in the pop century resort or at a board walk. the lights remind me of a ride like dinosaur twirl but is isnt. so i am going to say that its definetly near a boardwalk.

Edit2: Is it next to the shop in All Star Music in front of the exit to the bus stops?
