I feel like it's a bus stop somewhere with those wraparound benches/potters around the structural columns.

EDIT: Given the quality and angle of the picture I wouldn't be surprised if it was taken from a moving parking lot tram towards the tram stop.

Those poles in the background look like the Entrance to the Magic Kingdom, where the busses stop and go but I believe that answer was already wrong.

The circles of flowers look like an EPCOT design too.
I know this is probably your first flight...and it's mine too...ha, ha

I feel if I zoom out on the pic, that it would have been a complete give away. this pic is really about where the white object in the foreground would be found.

obviously raised up a bit, like you're walking on a ramp. I would almost venture a guess that it's the TTC - ramp to the Resort loop monorail.
