I would think, to prevent this from being an impossible picture, it would need to be in a fairly well-known place. The key to figuring out where this is, mat be knowing what is closed or at least which park. Any hints Spodie?

I'm glad I finally stumped you guys! I would have been really shocked if anyone had gotten it right off the bat. I think I will post a little more of the picture (probably making it easier) tonight if no one gets it by then. Here's a little clue for you guys: It is part of something that I guarantee everyone here has seen at least a couple of times, but probably more.
