I think it is a resort. And not in a park, I've seen a similar picture before, but can't place it beyond that.

My guess is that it is in Norway at the exit of the movie when you go into the gift shop?

Is that part of the Italian restaurant in Magic Kingdom.. the one that is themed with Lady and the Tramp I think it is right as you come in to Main Street USA
