DLR Scramble

I just noticed something that could possibly mean more humiliation I have brought on myself...
I started reading this thread somewhere in the middle, not really paying close attention to the actual title of the thread. I was just thinking, "Disney" and not necessarily focused on "Disneyland" specifically, especially since some of the items (such as Turtle Talk with Crush) could be at either DLR or WDW..... (do you see where I'm going with this...? *cough, cough*)....
So anyhoooooo....... ummmmm...... there is the distinct possibility that I'm going to be in trouble here.......

my puzzle is from ..... WDW, not DLR!!!

No, not at all...this is another game where I believe there is one for WDW and one for DLR.

Since there are poeple who are more familiar with one set of parks than the others, 2 separate games formed. Anyone can play...

Well, this might throw you a little, but here goes....
You can see this in more than one spot, but mostly it is seen in and/or near Epcot.

I see said the blind man. We can figure this out. just remember this is a DLR scramble, not WDW scramble. I sure someone will eventually figure it out.

Okay, Garyman, I've already acknowledged that it's from WDW and did my mea culpas for it not being from DLR, but others have accepted that and agreed to try and guess it. I promise I won't do any more from WDW on this thread if y'all guess this one.

So..... anyone want another hint...?

Okay, here's another hint, and it's a biggie:
It involves transportation, and you have to pay extra (a LOT extra....) for it. Now put all the clues together, and you should have it...
