As much as I love Philharmagic, I can honestly say it is not even close to it, in fact, not even in Magic Kingdom.

Ok, a little clarification, if you will? You said that your picture isn't in MK. I guessed Toy Story Mania, which is in DHS. So are you saying that this picture isn't from a park, or just isn't in MK?

lol, sorry spodie, i was thinking buzz lightyear....my bad, but no it's not on either ride., and nope its not at disney quest, but you are correct that it is not in one of the parks.
