Is it the fabric on a couch or chair? Maybe from Tony's Town Square waiting area?

The picture was taken from quite some distance away that's why it's so grainy.
It has also been resized in photoshop to make the cropped image bigger.
I know it isn't my post however It is my pic....it is from a park.
and it isn't paving
