Are you referring to the prairie dogs in Splash Mountain that sound like they are saying "FSU"?

It's just one, but yes. It's one of the old America Sings weasels isn't it? "Pop goes the weasel)

There are three prairie dogs (formerly weasels) that pop up and say "FSU" in one of the last rooms of Splash before you go up the hill. You have to look quick. Each one says one letter. And it doesn't just sound like "FSU"; they really do say it. It's a nod to the imagineers' graduating university.
