It's not the Under the Sea Mermaid Ride queue. Nor is it anywhere on the Under the Sea Mermaid Ride:).
It's also not Mexico, American Adventure, Spaceship Earth, anywhere in Epcot, Tower of Terror, PotC, Tom Sawyer Island, Rock N Roller Coaster. Here's the picture again:

It's not Swiss Family Treehouse, the Everest Queue, or the Wilderness lodge. It is *definitely* a lantern, however:). Here's a larger pic:
