Tried signing up again for the free D23 membership and it went right through tonight. Guess my other membership had been expired for a suitable length of time maybe?

I finally registered for the free membership on December 13 so now I can finally say I'm a D23 member.

I am now officially a member. WooHoo! I finally signed up the other night.

I have yet to sign in.

I signed up 2 months ago but I didn't find my D23 Number. I didn't get one via Email but I found it in my order history.

It's only a free Membership. Are there any benefits at the parks when I upgrade to a silver or gold membership?

Unfortunately not. Once, they had some D23 member only merchandise at Disneyland...but that's about it when it comes to park related perks. There are a few discounts in Downtown Disney though. Since you'll be there for a couple of weeks, it may be useful. Here is a link to the site with the discounts...you'll have to log in to view them though:

I would imagine at DLR there is no point in having perks since so many would have the AP discounts. I am kind of surprised they do not offer the paid memberships with APs.
