Not sure where I should post this- it's not a video from a Disney park but it's a blatnant rip off of "it's a small world" [sic

]. What I think is most bizzarre is that it seems that this park may have purchased like surplus parts? There are certain elements that are clearly from the Disney version (like some of the background cmponents, one of the hippos I think, etc). Also, how do they get away with this? I guess maybe copyright laws may not be as strongly enforced/enforceable in China? No idea. Anyway, enjoy the scariest version of The Happiest Boat Ride....ever....

There is zero enforcement of copyright/trademark/patents in China. It has abused from everything from videos/DVD to cars. Many companies have sued in Chinese courts and I haven't heard of any being successful. That is why Disney has never said what the second park in Shanghai would be like - they don't want the ideas to get stolen before it can be built!

Pretty sure we had this video in one of the other threads. Heck if I can remember where though...I'll try to remember to do a search later tonight when I am completely done with work for the day instead of just on a little break

Oops, sorry! Didn't realize it had already been posted. I found it surfing through the Theme Park Report vids and thought it was the most interestingly strange one of the lot, esp. given some of the components of it seem like actual models from IASW that these people got ahold of somehow.
