After seeing the pic of Blackbeard in the mistfall of the POTC ride I didn't think it looked any worse than Davy Jones (never liked that character anyhow)...

I agree with MmeLeota. At WDW they could alternate between Davy Jones and Blackbeard so you are never sure who you are going to get. At DL there are two mist screens, right? Why not put Blackbeard on the first one and Davy Jones at the end?

That is an interesting, idea, That is a precedent that Disney has already set, doing rides where the ride changes, like tower of terror and the new star tours. we know the technology is here, it would be easy to do.

Unless something has changed since last July, there is only 1 mist screen to my knowledge. 2 "waterfall" drops in the beginning, 1 mist screen before entering the pirate ship (Barbossa) scene.

Anyone who has gone to DL more recently, has anything changed?

It's a cool effect, but Davy Jones give me the willies...keep your tentacles to yourself please!

I thought there was a mist screen somewhere in the treasure caves and then another on the incline back? Or is that just his voice you hear on the incline?

I know there's 3 Capt Jack AA's in WDW MK's POTC. How many are there in DLR's POTC?

I think it's the same, 3 with only one AA the rest are just A. (One molesting 2 dressmaker figures, one in a barrel, and one in a treasure room (built for it).
