If you were allowed - what 'souvenir' would you take home?
Let's say hypothetically ( ) Disney has allowed you to take home any piece from a ride, queue line, attraction, etc as a souvenir; what would you choose? ~ Don't worry! They'll be replaced.
For example, maybe you think those wooden, water-spouting tikimen(?) outside Adventureland would make for a nice addition to your outside pool. Or perhaps your kids are huge Splash Mountain fans and would love for a log flume boat so they can transform it into their bed. Food for thought, but it doesn't have to be something that wild.

Awesome idea Space Traveler!
Hmmm, I suppose I wouldn't mind having a monorail car circling my yard
I'll have to give this a think...

Or better yet: pimp a monorail lead car/locomotive into a car with wheels that you can drive to work. Sounds like a project for those guys on BBC's Top Gear show.Amy wrote:Awesome idea Space Traveler!

I have to admit - I would love to see what kind of show Clarkson, Hammond and May could do if they were at Disney World (providing they didn't do any permanant damage to the parks)...

Thinking on it, they could anywhere in Disney World except for EPCOT's Mexico - we don't want to cause any international incidents...mindflipper wrote:I have to admit - I would love to see what kind of show Clarkson, Hammond and May could do if they were at Disney World (providing they didn't do any permanant damage to the parks)...

What do you mean "if"?

I'm amazed no one ran for the Dole Whip stand.
As for me, I would take a few of the Tiki gods from the Tiki Room Gardens or the tea cup that's in front of the Mad Hatter's area.

And thanks, I thought it would be fun.
Oh, boy. That would make for an awesome car to take on your Disney road trips. Would get a lot of funny stares on the interstate.mindflipper wrote:Or better yet: pimp a monorail lead car/locomotive into a car with wheels that you can drive to work. I've been to WDW many times, and I have yet to have a Dole Whip. Good choices!elizabethswann wrote:I'm amazed no one ran for the Dole Whip stand.

I would actually like to take home either a monorail, friendship, or WDW Transport Bus. I would assume the bus would be the most practical since I don't have a monorail track or body of water.

I'm sure you could use the monorail for a sort of entertainment room. Just add cushions on the seats and prop a flat screen on the opposite end of the cabin and then you're set.

I can totally see you purring up to the Rutger campus in your very own WDW bus!Len90 wrote:I would actually like to take home either a monorail, friendship, or WDW Transport Bus. I would assume the bus would be the most practical since I don't have a monorail track or body of water.
That would be fun ~ although I would want to thoroughly deep clean the inside of the monorail car before I put any cushy cushions or blankets in it!!elizabethswann wrote:I'm sure you could use the monorail for a sort of entertainment room. Again, slap some wheels on that monorail and turn it into a car, Len90. You'll get noticed on campus driving that around!Len90 wrote:I would actually like to take home either a monorail, friendship, or WDW Transport Bus. Love the idea of the water spouting tiki poles by the pool, also would love the skeleton look out from the Crow's Nest above Pirates. Would make a nice addition looking out one of my front windows.
