If I could take anything...but replace it so it wouldn't be missed in the parks...
I would want the Partners statue. Not sure where I would put it...but that's what I would want.

I would sell my soul to have the Partners statue in my front yard.theBIGyowski wrote:If I could take anything...but replace it so it wouldn't be missed in the parks...

Now how did I know that our resident Wizz would be the one taking care of that transaction?!Wizzard419 wrote:I will go get the paperwork ready.

I'd go back in time and take home one of the Natiluses from 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.

For many years they had several parked in a back area/lot, but I have not heard what was ever done with them. Anyone know?Brian845 wrote:I'd go back in time and take home one of the Natiluses from 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.

Not simple, just much more practical than the rest of us.kcarts wrote:Call me simple but I'd be OK with a rocking chair from in front of Crockett's Tavern or in Wilderness Lodge.
(But you should see how well a giraffe would match my decor! )
Front yard? I would think it would be better suited for a backyard shrine.northernmousefan2007 wrote:I would sell my soul to have the Partners statue in my front yard.theBIGyowski wrote:If I could take anything...but replace it so it wouldn't be missed in the parks...

I've seen parts and pieces on various auction sites ~ like the seats and portholes. Not sure about the actual shells thoughmindflipper wrote:For many years they had several parked in a back area/lot, but I have not heard what was ever done with them. If you were going to steal it and replace it with an exact replica, wouldn't it be better to just keep the replica since we aren't talking about treasured artwork that could be sold at a later date.theBIGyowski wrote:If I could take anything...but replace it so it wouldn't be missed in the parks...

I would like to take the old Skyway building home and use it as a tree house for the kids in the close. I'm sure they would have a blast with that.

At one time I would have taken the totem pole outside the entrance to the gift shop at the Wilderness Lodge. Since I was sure that this would never happen, I did the next best thing. I purchased one of the the 12" high replicas of it from the gift shop, took it home and found a wood carver to reproduce a 9' version of it. It now proudly stands in our home in the NC mountains so that everytime we go up there we can enjoy a little bit of Wilderness Lodge.

1) I know that we have a picture or 2 of it somewhere(probably with our sons in it)Amy wrote:Awesome idea!! 2) I would need to play around and see if I know how to attach a photo to a post. I am not overly computer literate.
