If you were allowed - what 'souvenir' would you take home?

In relation to Disney Parks but not specific to a single resort

Since they've replaced the HHG at the end of HM with newer models, I wouldn't mind having the original HHG trio AA's for my home. They would be great for Halloween...and Christmas...

Scare everyone by putting them on your lawn and give them little Santa hats for Christmas.

If the photo is already on your computer - just head to an image hosting site (Such as http://imgur.com/). :)
  • Click My Computer and then find --> select your image.
  • Hit Upload.
  • Once it's done uploading onto the site, you'll want to copy the URL under the Direct Link (email & IM) category.
  • Start making a new post on the boards here, and at the top of said post you should see clickable buttons. Buttons that should say - B, I, u, Quote, Code, etc. Click the one that says Img.
  • Then once the Img tags appear in your post - you'll want to paste that URL (from under the Direct Link (email & IM) section) between the tags.
- If you don't see the Img button, you can type the command manually. See below (I included my own image url to show you how it should look). :)

For many years they had several parked in a back area/lot, but I have not heard what was ever done with them. Anyone know?
I've seen parts and pieces on various auction sites ~ like the seats and portholes. Not sure about the actual shells though :?
2 of the Nautiluses were in Castaway Cay (Disney Cruise destination) and were there for people to look at while snorkeling/scuba diving. I think they disappeared after a hurricane tho. The remaining Nautili were stripped of all their parts (which were sold at auction), while the shells were ground up into bits and buried on property. You can read all about their sad fate here:

I'll take Harold the Yeti from the Matterhorn to place in front of my house to scare away any unwanted people. ;)

This is starting to sound like an "office raid" (when someone gets laid off, the remaning employees scavenge the empty office for anything useful...)

I recall a great number of years ago at the Town Square Exposition Hall there were some great Disney artifacts including ZORRO'S CAPE! It wasn't all shiny and fluid anymore like it was when Guy Williams wore it, but it was incredible to see. Wouldn't mind having THAT in my closet!!

My youngest DS would take one of the hippos, the live or animatronic ones, my oldest DS would want the Fruits and Vegetables from the Kitchen Kabaret, my DH would take one of the camaros from the showroom at Test Track, but I would want the furniture from TOT. I just love the lobby though I think I'd have issues with the dusty look.

Oh yeah! Though it would be fun to have one of the headstones.
