I've been way too busy with college work and everything else. Just remember that a large portion of the site is run in NJ.

I don't think there have been any updates on this and I don't expect updates on this for a long time. My educated guess is we will just find out the amount of the settlement.

Actually, it will be more likely it would be quietly settled (no press announcement if possible) with the amount to be "undisclosed".
