Anybody love Wavebands on the Wonder?
One of the highlights of our cruises is always the nightclub wavebands. We always love the fun game shows they have and the themed dancing. The dj and emcee are always really funny cool to be around. Does anybody else love wavebands?

On board ship the crew and guests become much happier and friendlier. This makes interacting with the other guests and crew more fun then anywhere I have ever been. In wavebands we played a game where the mc calls out an item or item's to bring to the stage. Some of the things he asked for where 5 mens belts, wallet (no need for it on the ship), personal navigator, a man wearing a womans shoes with a bra on I was the one who ran up with the stuff on. We were split into 7 teams, You had to get the item from anywhere or anybody in the room to the Pikey as fast as possible for points in a short amount of time. It was so much fun, everybody was so into it and we laughed and screamed louder then any of the kids who are not allowed in can.

That sounds like a fun time! The only cruise I was on (in Egypt, not a Disney cruise) the staff was super friendly, right up until the last day, when they received their tips, then they hardly glanced at you. That was disheartening to say the leastnorthernmousefan2007 wrote:On board ship the crew and guests become much happier and friendlier. I've been on two cruises, Disney and Carnival. Do I need to explain why Disney was the best?!?!?! And the worst part, I went on Carnival after Disney, so you can see why I barely enjoyed my Carnival experience. I was comparing everything to Disney!
Cruises are fun, but I always have a hard time b/c I'm thinking, I should be in WDW!

Royal Caribbean I found to be very comparable to Disney. But no fireworks, cool deck party's, private island, pirates night, or most importantly the horn doesn't play "when you wish upon a star." Only Disney cruises for me now.

Wavebands is in the adult only district on board the Disney Wonder.
