Here's a couple of my favorite night shots from AK. This first one is the little pond area behind Flame Tree BBQ:
This one is.... well.... you know where this one is.
Boilerbabe, it's so cool that you use a Sony Cyber-shot; I do too! Mine's not quite as fancy as yours though. It's only a model DSC-V1. Five years old, only 5 megapixels, but I love it. Takes great pictures.

Thanks, Boilerbabe!
Those were taken on the night we were there for our special event with the Dis-unplugged podcast group. We were all escorted in after the park had closed for the night. But we'll explain all that in our trip report when we get to that day.
Meanwhile, here are two of my favorites of Downtown Disney. This first one is the view from our balcony at Saratoga Springs:
This one is the same spot, taken from the seawall at DD looking back toward our resort at SS.

Here are three of my favorites from the Osborne Lights at DHS.
I put this one first because it's special. Doesn't look special, does it? Well the secret is that the Mickey you see in the middle of the picture is actually a hidden Mickey! The lights were all on continuously EXCEPT the Mickey, which only flashed for about half-a-second, intermittently, about every five or ten seconds. The trick to knowing it was there is that you had to just happen to be looking right at it when it flashed. Don't ask me how I managed to capture it on my camera at just the right instant! I can only say that my pixie dust was working well that night!
I picked these next two as favorites because I just like the combinations of colors and the way they are laid out in the frame.

The balloon ride is called "Characters In Flight." We never got to ride it because it was too windy on the days we tried.
Here are a couple of Epcot shots.
This is a nice tranquil view of the lake from in front of the France pavilion, right before all h**l breaks loose (Illuminations).
And this one is my favorite shot of all h**l breaking loose.

It's a Sony Cybershot DSC-V1. Believe it or not, it's about five years old, and only a 5-megapixel camera. But I really believe it is one of the best Sony has produced, even though there have been "fancier" cameras since then.MmeLeota wrote:I love the shot of all h**l breaking loose! Beautiful!
What kind of camera did you use?
Thanks, imaginationcelebration. And I just might do that.imaginationcelebration wrote:Those are all awesome photos Mousekedude. You should put the hidden mickey one on the hidden mickey thread. That was fantastic.
