Photos should be limited to a maximum size 800 x 600 or 600 x 800. If your hosting service does not provide this exact measurement then choose the measurement that is close but smaller (example flickr 500 x 415). This will cut down on bandwidth usage and help those with smaller monitors to prevent left right scrolling.
While posting a night photo from Animal Kingdom on the "Where In The World" thread, I came up with the idea of starting a new thread where people can post their night time photos of Walt Disney World. Taking into consideration the great suggestion made by Mindflipper, this is open to all Disney Parks and not just WDW so night time Disney magic can be seen from all around the real world.

Have fun, I can't wait to see all the photos!

Here's the first photo. It's of the reflecting pond and eating area for the Flaming Tree BBQ:

Here's one from Reflections of Earth:

This one is from the China Pavilion:

I've always loved Disney in the dark. It's so much more extravagant and the experience seems to heighten once the lights turn on. Taking photos at night has always been a favorite of mine and I took this recent one last week when I went to go renew my pass.

Those are both really nice photos Mindflipper and Elizabethswann...I have some from the festival of lights too...what an intense experience it is being there. That photo of the castle is beautiful..I like the angle you took it from.

imaginationcelebration, I know what you mean how a park can be different at night. I felt the same about DLP years ago when I went. It didn't get dark until after 9 PM when I was there in August. Here are the photos I took from sundown and thereafter:

(in my best Bill Clinton voice) "... I feel your pain..."

I really do. I feel exactly the same way.

These are some awesome night shots! I love Disney at night more than anything, in fact most of the pictures I took on this trip were night shots. I'll post some later when I get them all uploaded from the cameras and get my trip report put together.

Keep 'em coming!
