What Space Mountain is better Disneyland or WDW

I have always wondered which Space Mountain is better. Please base your vote on theming and the rollercoaster. I choose Space Mountain DL. :donald:

Only because WDW has been neglected and now the thrill factor is whether or not you derail or come out with whiplash.

Rode in '07 (WDW) and only once. I thought I was going to have my neck broken.
Glad to hear it's due to go down for Refurb. in '09.

Well, I have yet to go to WDW but I've heard that the Space Mountain there breaks down so much so I think I'll be sticking with DLR Space Mountain instead.

I think that that the queue for WDW Space Mountain is a lot cooler looking with the pictures and scenes, but as for the ride itself, I love DLR a whole lot better.

I think the WDW one is better. I haven't liked the one in Disneyland since they cahnged it a couple years ago.

I like the old ride style. The 3 seat cars are inefficient but the ride's great.

Space Mountain in Disneyland is way better. For some reason, when I went on the one in WDW last summer there was no music during the ride. Is this normal? If so, why on earth would they do this? The music is such a critical element of any attraction. Weird...

With 17 turns to the right and 5 to the left, Disneyland's SM is dizzyingly superior!
No one's gloomy or complaining while the flatware's entertaining.

I've never been on WDW's SM but I'm betting it's not as great as DL's version! :D

The best one is Disneyland Paris - it's newer & smoother.

I chose the one in Disneyland for overall ride experience.

The one in WDW has a way better queue, where you feel you're actually in space, but the actual ride is very jerky and bumpy. There is no music, which is adds to the excitement of the ride. And yes, SM in WDW breaks down a lot.

Never been on the SM is DL, but this thread is making me want to go!!! It also sounds like we need a poll on how many people have been on SM WDW when it has broken down. I have and it seems like a lot of others have had the same experience.
