The Backside of Water

Post by Esmeralda » Jan Sat 05, 2008 11:53 am

I'd like to announce G2-4T's new blog to all of you!

The Backside of Water (aka O2H according to my last trip on the Jungle Cruise!) is going to show pictures of all the fun details from the parks. The link is below, so go check it out!

Very nice. I like seeing random fun details from the parks. Consider it added to my RSS reader :)

Ooh, very cool. I love seeing what details people pick out (and then trying to find them myself). Thanks for the link. :)

Awesome idea for a blog (with an awesome and fitting name to match). I'll definitely be checking it out now and then. The Disney details are the reason the Disney parks are so amazing.

I like the post about TTA. Without having the Peoplemover at Disneyland it was a true delight to go on TTA. I hope this ride never goes away. It truly defines what Tomorrowland is and should be like. Disney has made some horrible decisions on theming Tomorrowland and this would be a crushing blow.

And if you spell it wrong, you'll end up over at http://thebacksideofwater.blogspot.com which I started as a tribute to the Jungle Cruise, but haven't added much to (you try updating a Disneyland blog while studying for the California Bar Exam!).

I do love G2-4T's idea though, of highlighting all the details in the parks.

Thanks to everyone for checking it out - I'm having a lot of fun putting it all together. And I didn't even realize how close I was with the name, I'm not the only one that enjoys the creative scripts!

I'm back from WDW with plenty of new photos of the parks and resorts so check back in for regular updates.

And Sub - you'll be happy to know that the TTA is busier than ever. It was dead quiet this week yet it seemed like every train had passengers and at times there were full trains. With 5 minute waits at Buzz and 20 minutes or less at Space Mtn you would imagine everyone would be there but CoP and the TTA were certainly holding their own with bigger crowds than I've seen in years...
