Well said! Enough of those. Really, if they do another Indiana Jones ride system attraction they need to take a very hard look at Spider-Man the ride at Islands of Adventure. Disney shouldn't settle for anything less.bluebayougirl wrote:All I can say is at least it is not another Pixar based ride.

Being a history nut and loving both movies, I'd be all over this!!!rdeacon wrote:Sounds like a cool concept. Go Imagineers go!
Of course I'm sure it will depend on how successful National Treasure 2 is.
Of course it would break the chain of Pixar-ization of the parks
move over Wall-E I need SPECTACLES!!!!

I enjoyed both the movies, and think it would make for a great ride. As is always the case imagineers would be able to do a lot with theming for this ride. I love my thrill rides, but i'd see this as more of a story based ride like pirates of the caribbean...
And i agree with all the people who are looking on the bright side of it being something new to add to the parks that is NOT pixar related...

I think it would be an awesome idea. I have never been to the Indiana Jones ride in California, so I can't comment on that. However, despite some slight similarities, the characters and the movies really are different. NT focuses on treasure hunting with an Amercian historical perspective. I've seen all of the Indiana Jones and National Treasure movies and I really enjoy them. I am sure the Disney Imagineers could come up with a wonderful themed ride, attraction, roller coaster, whatever.

Chesire cat has something goin here build like a indiana jones ride under the halll of presidents with nicholas cage as your guide to find the city of gold and you are on the run from that mitch guy who is trying to to get the treasure before us and "harm us". that might do for a very sucessful ride like the Pirates Movies helped out with the Pirates rides
