well I think I sent off my resume once to them but never heard anything. I know all big companies have fire professionals on staff or at least as consultants. Because of the scope of protection and requirements by local, state and underwriters. Does anyone know if Disney has such people? Why i'm asking is I currently work in fire protection engineering for almost 10 years and on my way to get my PE liscense. So of course I would love to get a job with Disney since they are always building or planning on building so they need someone knowledgaeable in that area to say what is required.

The Reedy Creek Fire Department is responsbile for the protection of the WDW resort. I have no idea if the hiring goes through Disney or another source, but you might start there.
