You know you're in (insert park here) when...

Ok, here's a cool game I thought of with my cousins. They've never been to WDW and I've never been to Disneyland, but since we're all Disney fans we already know the big differences between the parks. This game is meant to show the little differences. For instances, everyone knows WDW's monorail is very different from the Disneyland monorail in track layout, purpose, etc..., so you find some little detail about it and say something like: "You know you're in WDW when the monorails have six cars". Or another example is "You know you're in Disneyland when the steamboat has one smoke-stack". The object is to keep the differences as obscure and difficult to notice as possible. You shouldn't say something like: "You know you're in Disneyland when you see a snow-capped peak next to the castle". It's too obvious.

I don't know if you guys like stuff like this, but my cousins and I had fun with it, so I figured, spread the Disney magic  .

You know you're in Walt Disney World when you don't feel a nearly-overwhelming sense of horror, anger, and frustration at the sight of the empty and overgrown Peoplemover tracks.

Like that? Too obvious?

I was thinking you know you're at WDW when POTC seems too short and a bit incomplete.

Those last two are also true of Disneyland though.... i think the idea is "how can you tell you're in Disneyland and not WDW or vice versa"...

You know you're in Disney World when you hear the clip of scissors cutting hair at the barber shop in the Magic Kingdom.
Drop another coin in slot and I will tell you more.

Yes!!! I miss that at Disneyland! Nothing like getting your hair cut with the barbershop quartet sitting there with you warming up
