Hard to choose between Reflections and Remember...Dreams Come True. Both took my breath away the first time I saw them and I can watch them day after day without getting tired of them at all. I really love the aspect in Remember... where you can get two very different experiences of the show by watching either at the castle or at Small World. In the end, had to go with Reflections for no good reason other than the fact that I was at DW most recently so Reflections is more fresh in my mind.
Haven't seen all of them, but I have seen BraviSEAmo at Tokyo DisneySea. Excellent show with Fire dragon vs. water dragon in the lake with some fireworks here and there. I'm actually pretty happy that the night shows are so good in Tokyo cuz the Japanese seem to love there parades and shows so much that the ride lines drop to absolutely nothing. That's my favorite time of the day!!!

Of course, the missing option here is Fantillusion at DLRP. I have a video somewhere where the imagineers essentially call it Spectromagic 2
However, I voted for Fantasmic. IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth comes in a very close second.

It all depends on the seating for me...
Spectromagic and Wishes are FANTASTIC from the little terrace on the main street station. Last time we went, my wife, my daughter, me, my parents, and a couple we had met in the park with their two kids ran up and grabbed that spot two hours early. The girls played right there safely, in a basically-enclosed environment where we could observe them at all times, and we had a great view of everything!
The only negative was a young couple (early 20's, just married) who tried to keep pushing in front of us. The only time i was rude to anyone there... the woman pushed my daughter down to get to the railing, i told her husband they better back off or she will see the floats up close
But Illuminations is my favorite show, as long as you have a water view... and man, from the rose and crown... hooboy.

My Final Answer is...
It is definitely "Remember Dreams Come True". I have nothing but praises for this amazing demonstration of Disney genius.

That's a tough choice!! I had to go with "Reflections" but DL Electrical Parade was making it hard to decide. Good poll question.

Electrical Parade here, but I've never been to WDW. I've heard really good things about the Epcot shows.

I have not seen fantasmic recently, but was not fully wowed by it. I guess I was too young. I found a very close race between Spectromagic and Wishes. However, wishes ends with a nice big bang and I really enjoy the message it tries to evoke.

Crap, I was going to vote for IllumiNations, but with a quick glance over the list I didn't see it (Reflections of Earth didn't register in my head, I guess), so I voted for Spectro. And NOW I see RoE, and that is IS my favorite. Spectro is second. Cheesy? Maybe, but I have good memories with it.
