It's funny, as Tergiversate says, I usually end up in Tomorrowland at night and love it. The darkness seems to fit the motif of the land.
Why don't you get to ride the TTA after dark now figmentaholic? Are you busy doing other things, or are you at other parks at night? You really need to make it a priority to ride it at night at least once during your next trip if you enjoy seeing everything all lit up!figmentaholic wrote:I agree.. with all the music and the neon.. I think Tomorrowland is the absolute best place in all of WDW at night.. One think I (rarely) get to do is ride the TTC (Peoplemover now I guess, haha) at night. That is a great way to see and hear and smell it all.domarino wrote:Epcot: Maelstrom (named my fantasy football team after this favorite of mine!)

Ah yes, I believe you've mentioned that. It's not a situation where you can peel off from the group really either is it? Oh well, a shorter day at Disney is still better than most any other day not at Disneyfigmentaholic wrote:Well I am with a group of people, and the leader/organizer has physical difficulties including stamina issues, so we usually don't get to stay too late, but its late enough that it isn't really feasible to go back out.. Its a bit of a catch-22 unfortunately.

both of these are my favorites too!! I think they're neat!! reminds me of where wdw was when it opened and how far they've come with attractions now!!dinosaur33 wrote:What is your favorite attraction that most people skip? Mine would have to be Carousel of Progress or Tomorrowland Transit Authority, both great attractions that I'm glad they never have lines...

I love going up for the views too And when I was younger, I went in the treehouse without ever having seen the movie or reading the book. I was intrigued so I came home and did both and had a lot more fun with the attraction when I went back knowing the full story.bcgm3 wrote:I think the Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse is one of the most overlooked attractions at Magic Kingdom; I can't recall ever seeing a line for it on any of my visits... It's spectacular at night. Great view of Tomorrowland at night from up there, too.
