I like how it gives an overview of Tomorrowland and that brief glimpse of Space Mountain is always exciting too. I think how kids view an attraction depends so much on how their parents value the attraction. Hopefully there will always be enough people around that enjoy the older attractions like TTA, and the Carousel of Progress, to keep newer generations excited!
When my daughter was of an age where she believed the only good ride was a fast ride, I always found if I waited patiently while she wore herself out, she had a renewed appreciation for the leisurely joys of Peoplemover and CoP. Both allowed you to rest your feet and either catch a bit of breeze or A/C on a hot day. I always kept pace with her, but kept My rides until I knew there wouldn't be any whine factor  I know TTA brought the same reaction when we'd be at WDW. Parents, ya gotta be tricky!

I always over-looked the Tiki Room an the Magic Kingdom. I never went on it because my parents told me what it was like and I shrugged it off. I went to WDW with a friend a few years and ago and decided to try it out. I acually enjoyed it and now I hit that ride every time I go now. I even play the soundtrack for it now lol. It's not on my favorites list but it was a good one that I overlooked. I haven't done the Country Bear Jamborie yet. I don't really hear much about it so I don't know if it is worth seeing.

Country Bear Jamboree is a cute, corny sort of show. You should definitely check it out at least once. It might be like the Tiki Room and you might enjoy it. It is going through refurb at the moment so it should be nice and fresh the next time you visit :D

Oh yeah, I love how they randomly change out the exhibits. There was one really nice tin toy exhibit not long ago.. and a bit before that was animals in Japanese culture, I love how they referenced some anime and manga in it.

Do they rotate the exhibits or something? The times I've gone (years apart) they had the tin toy/robot exhibit both times.

Yeah, they do. I am guessing that the tin toy might be the default unless they have something else to put there. I have seen several different things there over the years, so I do know that it isn't always the same.

Sounds like we have some similar tastes. I obviously much prefer the original Journey, but I like this one as well.. :)
