I would have to agree its like they are meant to be there and totaly help to bring the action on the screen out into the audience.
"We surrender! we surrender!"
also have to love the thing they say about being bolted to the floor.

I still like the little AA in Star Tours. They really add to the Queue lines.

I love the AAs in Pirates. They're not entirely realistic and they all have exaggerated features that makes them an instant classic! They almost remind me of caricatures and I think that's why I love them.
In terms of realism, definitely the Hall of Presidents and The Great Movie Ride.

Carousel of Progress for me is the best use. Oh and of course The American Adventure.

Pirates of the Caribbean's AA immerse me into the ride, same with Haunted Mansion. Even though Expedition Everest and It's Tough to be a Bug have minimal usage on AAs, Hopper and the Yeti are amazing.

I think the chickens in Goofy's barn are pretty fun AAs. Whenever the 'plane" flies through the barn they all get rowdy and calm down again just in time for another plane to come through. Really cool detail, and it makes them seem that much more life-like.

Very cool! I wish they'd build a full size version Of Goofy's BS!

Oddly enough I too am a little disturbed by the dirty, hairy leg. I still take a picture of it, nearly every time...

"See the hairy leg!" Sorry, saw that ad on one of the vacation promo videos and had to laugh because we'd been claiming it looked just like my brother's leg for years.
As for my favorite AAs, yes pirates would top the list. Tiki Room birds are a close second because they were the originals and still make me laugh. Oh, and the Yeti. Now he is amazing.
Drop another coin in slot and I will tell you more.

My favorite has to be the Hall of Presidents. They don't move much, but just looking at the likeness of people from the past and present astounds me. I also like the AA at Pirates and the Great Movie Ride.
