I have two:

My favorite line during the day would have to be Muppetvision 3D. In my opinion, the preshow is as good as the actual show. I actually get disapointed when I come in at the end of the preshow.

My favorite line at night is, of course, HM, especially if you have to wait outside for a little while. The whole area takes on a new atmosphere at night and it's really great when the CMs are into it.

just FYI, the thread is not asking what QUEUE you like, it's asking about lines (as in script), as evidenced in the OP:

OH! Inside the ride. I was out of it when I posted my comment. Going back and doing it over...

Those are just some of my favorite quotes. A lot of my favorites have all ready been mentioned by others.

"This is alien! You are aboard the spaceship Nostromo..." - That always gets me for some reason.

I'm paraphrasing, please do not sit on the floor and in those shorts it's not a good look.
