I remember getting stuck on Spaceship Earth, Haunted Mansion, and Splash Mountain. I want to say there was maybe one other one, but I can't remember. We were never stuck for very long, though.

been backed up in the log cueue before unload when they got a sensor bad and the flume pumps shut off..., they were able to cycle the logs in that margin queue, and got us off before they evac'd the rest of the ride... kinda made me mad that i did not get to see the backstage there, because of my timing

Nah, you didn't miss much. The backstage of Splash Mountain was rather unremarkable...

Yeah...I saw part of it during the WDW Half Marathon...the backside of it. Definitely not anything special.

My family got stuck on Test Track on one of our previous trips...can't remember if it was 2006 or a trip before then. But what I remember is that my seat belt was soooo tight I felt like I was going to have a panic attack. I just felt like I couldn't breathe. After that, I have a special way of securing the belt so that that NEVER.EVER.HAPPENS.AGAIN.lol

HaHa....and have the "Disney Ride Police" at my doorstep? Not a chance

Seriously...nothing really cool or scientific: I wear a fanny pack while in the parks. I move it around to the front when I ride rides. I just pull the belt WAAAAYYYYYY out and then let it slowly retract to a comfortable position that COVERS the fanny pack. The problem occurred originally because when the vehicle came to an abrupt stop, the belt "wrenched down" (much like car seat belts do in an accident). Should the problem occur again, I have the extra play in the belt overtop of the fanny pack. I can always take off the fanny pack and hold the belt out so that it doesn't wrench down on me.

Don't know if I did a very good job of explaining it, but it works for me....(or at least it did the last time I rode 8-)

Yeah, that makes sense. The first time we went to EPCOT after Test Track opened, we were inquiring about the attraction to see if it was safe for F1gment to ride. The only thing that seemed questionable for her safety was the seat belt locking in the event the attraction shut down so she decided not to ride. Luckily I've never had to experience a break down on TT, but I can see where that would be uncomfortable. I dislike the over the shoulder restraints in Alien Encounter/Stitch for the same reason. Those things really hurt when they crunch down so I try to keep my hands up so the restraint bounces against that and stops short of my shoulders.

Oddly enough in all the times I have gone to Disney I have never been evacuated from a ride. (I guess that speaks well of their safety record).

I have been one ones that have stopped, usually its just to let people on and off.
Of course Spaceship Earth (which we always call Spaceship Broken cause it ALWAYS stops when i am on)
Also the short ride into The Living Seas.. We got stopped in the turtle tunnel.. which was REALLY disorienting!!
I have stopped a few times in the Haunted Mansion. This year it was in the Madame Leota room.
Once my hubby and I got a slightly long stop in Buzz Lightyear, and he maxed out his score.. (cheater!)
Also got stopped once in a dark area of the TTA, that was rather boring, nothing at all to see. Thankfully it was fast.

I believe that stop in Buzz would be considered a brilliant opportunity of which your hubby took full advantage ;)
Yeah, if you have to stop on TTA, it would be more fun to stop where you can see Space Mountain, or one of the other worldly scenes!

I wish we had gotten stuck in an interesting scene on the TTA, but alas it was not to be.. :(

My latest "been stuck" was just last Friday, only it wasn't a ride, it was a show! We went to MK and wanted to see Philharmagic. We had just FP'd Pooh and we were given "surprise Fastpass"s to Philharmagic, so we decided to go ahead and do that. We were allowed into the pre-show staging area. We listened to the Goofy spiel about how the doors were going to be opening automagically towards us. Then we heard the CM say it would just be a few more moments. Then it was back to Goofy's spiel, then the CM and so on and so on. This went on for a good 15 to 20 minutes before the CM came on and said that "Goofy had puked" and we would have to wait a little while longer.

We waited for another 10 minutes or so and were literally turning to go when all of a sudden, with no warning whatsoever, the doors DID automagically open. Since we were there, we went ahead and saw the show.

Is protein spill a more Disneyesque term for "puke"???
