We go off-season, too, but even then some rides (like the mountains at MK) can have long lines, which is why the longest we've had to wait is 60-75 min.
One year, we met up with a family friend who shared his secret for beating lines (this was before Fast Pass). We were at MK and shortly before the afternoon parade was to start, he headed us toward Splash Mountain. Sure enough, as people opted for the parade instead of rides, the line was significantly shorter, and we got on in a flash. This was about 10 years ago, so I don't know if the same would hold true today.

I'd much rather explore than just hang around waiting. if it's more than 30 min I'll pass thanks, I can always try later, or next time even.

90 minutes for Soarin' Over California just before closing is my longest wait time on record for a Disney ride. I was with a bunch of first-timers who I knew wouldn't be back at the park anytime soon after.

The longest we waited in line for a ride, about 75 minutes, was the year Splash Mountain opened up.

I waited 3 hours for Indiana Jones when it first opened. More recently, I've waited 75 - 120 minutes for Space Mountain (DLR) 3 times. That queue is crazy now and Fast Pass is one of the major culprits.

I did, too.
I also used to wait in 2 hour lines for Splash Mountain at WDW, and Space Mountain had some long ones, too. Mostly, I don't visit in "peak" times anymore, and I miss out on much of the crowd-loveliness. Fast Pass helps tremendously, as well.

I try notto pay attention to how long a line takes. But the line that seemed to take forever was Peter Pan. I think it is because of the switch backs and you are face to face with everyone that I just can't stand that line.

I waited for 90 minutes once for Roger Rabbit! The ride broke down when I was 6 people from the front so I decided to wait till it reopened...

60 minute for Star Tours at MGM during Star Wars weekend two years ago. The line to get in the store was about 90 minutes. It was crazy!!

Here is the longest that I have ever seen. I was down in WDW back in Oct 2006 and saw this and I had to take a picture.

I like how that 200 minute wait is in red. "PLEASE, WE BEG YOU - GO ELSEWHERE!"
The longest line I ever waited in would be in the 120 minutes range, once at Test Track when it had just opened (and they had the non-single, non-Fastpass line going outside around the building for some reason - so odd), and once at the Jungle Cruise back in the pre-Fastpass era.

haha 200 mins in red. Just in case people couldn't tell that 200 minutes is a
L O N G time.
And the peter pan line is also deceptive because it looks as if the entire line is right inside the main building, but sometimes it goes all the way down near the Haunted Mansion through that windowy hallway.

We waited a few hours for the Finding Nemo Sub Ride at Disneyland. (I didn't have a watch so I don't know the official time). But it was worth it.

That Wait Time sign works so well in Epcot Center. It would be nice to have at DLR, but wouldn't fit the theme.
Well, I guess they could make it look like an old train station sign to fit with Main Street theming but that would cost too much in the bean counter's eyes.
