For us, one trip was "Attack of the Birds." Walking the Pangani Forest walking trail, I got "pooped" on by some smart-alec bird. Later that same day, my wife got "pooped" on, walking to Splash Mountain.

On our last day, we were eating at Casey's when a very daring bird got tired of looking at my FFs and decided he was going for it. As I was reaching into my cup for another fry, this bird jetted toward between us, grabbed a fry right out of the cup -- the same one I was reaching for -- and took off. Both of us were hit by his wings. It frightened us silly. That's one trip I remember.

I'm sure there are many more embarrassing moments...

Mine was when i was about 16 and I was on a backstage tour through the Magic Kingdom and we went to eat at the Diamond Horseshoe Revue! They first sang to me with three cowboys around me how they loved me! Then they dragged me across the floor and put me in the lap of another boy I didnt know! very embarrassing! but funny story to tell later! my brother laughed so hard at me!
Who is the fairest in the land! Snow White is the fairest in the land!! We all have something great to add to the world which makes us all the fairest in the land!!!

1) A bird flew into the back of my head as I was walking from the Swan to Boardwalk. It caught me by a surprise and I freaked out!

2) I got sick on test track around the point they take those pictures that you can buy in the gift shop. It did not look good- thank goodness my family didn't buy it!

Wait, I don't recall the bird ever flying into you. And I really wish we bought that picture from Test Track. It would have been a classic (which of course I would have posted on here!)

It has been awesome reading the stories. I just hope I never have a personal one to tell. If I see someone else get embarrassed . . . I'll be one of the first to relate it!!

This one is pretty embarassing and I am pretty sure that I never told it.

I am a wimp when it comes to any sort of ride that is scary or fast or high (even though I have been cajoled onto Tower of Terror and the Rockin Rollercoaster)

Anyways, we have a group that always takes a trip down to Disney in February, which of course includes me and my husband. When we went 3 or 4 years ago we all got in line for Test Track- I kept saying I was going to leave in the chicken exit but they convinced me to get on.

I actually enjoyed the first part, the heat and cold and bumps and such, but when we got out to the outside track where it goes fast I had what I can only describe as a panic attatck/crying fit. I was totally freaked out and was actually crying. I think maybe I had psyched myself out on the whole trip through the queue and had built it up to more than it was.

My dear hubby, to try to make me feel better, since that was terribly embarassing to let others see me freak like that bought me a pair of the flame black and orange car dice as a souviener. I hung them on my car and they stayed long past when they faded in the Florida sun until they broke.

I still have not gone back on TT, though I keep telling myself I want to to conquer it, I keep tlaking myself out of it each time.

Maybe one of these days.

It's ok Figmentaholic, we all have our own limits of things we can handle. Maybe one day you'll conquer TT. What if your hubby promised you a new pair of the flame dice?! :D

I have pretty severe asthma and scents really tend to set me off. I got on Soarin' not realizing that they were going to use scents. I was really enjoying the ride when I got a shot of the pine scent which is a real irritant to me. After that I just kept trying to guess when the pine scent would hit and I'd take a deep breath just before I thought it would hit. Let's just say I'm not good at guessing. When the ride was over I knew I was having problems so I told my family and we waited for everyone else to leave in front of us so I could use my inhaler. I waited too long and by the time I used it I was having trouble. When I have asthma attacks they sometimes get really loud. We're walking slowly out of the ride wiht the asthma getting better when in comes a group of four or five CMs. They take one look at me and want to call an ambulance. I keep trying to tell them I'll be fine in a few minutes, but I can't get a complete sentence out. That really scared them so they are trying to rush me out the door. Fortunately, My mom and sister finally got across to them that I would be ok and I was able to walk away. Still one of them followed us all the way out of the ride. I was really embarrased. I haven't ridden soarin' since.

Wow that is saddening. Soarin' is a great attraction. Glad to see that the CM's took note of a situation and tried to help you out.

That's too bad...Soarin' is such a great attraction!

Probably my most embarassing moment didn't even happen to me personally. My DH has some mobility issues and was using a motorized cart to make his way through Disneyland. We went to the Country Bears holiday show, and there were no CM's around to show us where to park. My DH found a large open area and proceeded to park. Right before the show, a CM told us where wheelchair parking was, and so I went back there to save our spot (and video the show). In the meantime, hubby is trying to turn around ala Austin Powers, and the show starts. So on the video, you can hear him trying to turn around, reverse (beep and all), forward, reverse...etc You get the picture. We laugh now, but it was highly embarassing for both of us then!
