I do love that sound too. It's so funny because everyone does it all at the same time.

On test track when the car stops the seat belts don't immediately un-buckle, I like watching everybody pressing the button franticly until it clicks and they come un-buckled.

That is kind of funny to watch on any of the rides where the seat belts have to unlock before you can release them...they push and push again, look around, push again

Which is why we're all unbuckling at the same time on Soarin'. Push, push, push, okay, we're unlocked. Click.

Funny this was brought up because I was going to bring it up. It happens on all those attractions where you have to buckle the seat belt. However, my favorite sound is still the ending of Mad Tea Party. I don't know if it has to do with the severe case of dizziness and disorientation that follows, but it is up there. All I remember is on the last night I gave my mom and brother a ride that they will never forget. I worked so hard that I managed to get blisters on my hands!

Oh yeah and a word of advice: From my experience Pink and Yellow cars spin the fastest!

Len blisters?! You crack me up!!! Take care of those blisters, you don't want to get an infection.

This is along the same lines as Soarin I would think...but after you ride ToT and your elevator door opens, everyone un-clicks their seat belt at the same time, or at least tries too!
I just thought of another "sound" I LOVE...when you're on ToT and the doors are about to open for your drop and you hear the noise it makes as the tiny lights outline the door and they open!!!

Len, I've been telling my kids that for years, and they absolutely believe me. Of course, I just thought I was making it up. Now I have independent verification.

You really should take a Teacup ride with us sometime. The kids and I spin so fast that our eyesight blurs for about 30 sec. afterward (DH won't ride with us). My eldest daughter calls it "The Teacup Ride of Awesome Intenseness." Of course, it's probably not good for our health or our brain, but it's fun. :hatter_bounce:

I never knew that there were certain colors that would spin faster than the other ones.

Like I said, maybe it's my imagination that created that story for my kids, but now I have independent confirmation, so maybe it's true. :)

I want to go too! I'm the only one that spins the car so I can't get it to go very fast :(

I had a purple one that I went on with my dad and we couldn't spin. My brother was with my mom in a pink one that spun pretty well. On another trip, my brother and I had a yellow one and we went pretty fast. On the final turn, dad sat out and mom, brother and I took a yellow cup and we were flying. I ended up being the only one spinning the wheel since Mark and Mom were getting a little dizzy. I made sure to NOT slow down though! After the cups stop spinning it usually takes a good 30-45 seconds for me to regain the mental capacity of which way is up. After that trip with my mom and brother, we all needed about a minute to get off the cup and we were all stumbling through the MK for a good ten minutes after the experience!

The Disney Sound I like the least is the sound of the alarm clock in the room on check out day.

As for my favorite, there are so many it's hard to choose.
