Hmmm... well I can't say. Cause let's see as far as I can recall I have gone to WDW 3 times. DL I have been to now 8 times :) So all in all about 11 - 12 times... so far I'm going again like in 4 days. The reason is because of my girlfriend and MY insane addiction to the Disney franchises... yeah I know but eh. I'm thinking about getting annual passes when I finally get a chance to move up there but hey can anybody tell me about those or point me to a forum post that could help me with that? I want to know a bit more about them before I invest my money into something that might not be worth it.

I've been to WDW probably between 30-40 times.
I've been to Disneyland once.

Wow! I started this topic and had not checked it out in a while. It's really amazing just how many times we have all been to Disney parks! I'm debating whether to make a May trip this year or wait until October or November. I have been during all of these months on past trips before and have reasons for liking and disliking any of these months. My girlfriend hates the heat so May might just be out as it is already getting hot down in Orlando at that time. I love October for the food and wine festival and MNSSHP. Hmmm...I just can't decide.

you should go in early December, when a few of us from the boards will be down there for a meet-up. first week is typically slow period for the resorts, and you's get to see MVMCP...

Yeah, I have always wanted to see the place decorated for Christmas but there is just so much going on at that time of year that I never think of taking a vacation in December. It would be a good time financially though as I get a decent Christmas bonus at work which would pay for a pretty nice trip! The problem is that I'm really having withdrawals right now, not having visited since October of 05. I know that doesn't sound like such a long time but it is when you consider that I was going 2 to 3 times a year on an AP. I do miss it and I want to introduce my girlfriend to Disney as she has never visited any of the parks.

I've only been to WDW three times in my lifetime, and each time was great. I cannot wait to go back again someday with my own children. :ariel:

For me it's 5 soon to be 6.

First in 1979 with family when I was 13. Got to stay in the Contemporary for 3 nights. I definately remember going on 20,000 Leagues.

Next, two day trips in August 1993 & April 1994 visiting friends living in Orlando while they were going to college. These were the visits that hooked me on Epcot. Communicore was fun as were Horizons & the World of Motion.

Next in October 2001, the only time I've been to WDW by myself. And I loved it. Four days exploring the new park (Animal Kingdom) and reaquainting myself with MGM & Epcot. This was the trip that hooked me on Illuminations and where I got my only view of the Tapestry of Dreams parade.

My latest trip (for my 40th birthday) was with my 2 brothers & sister in law. This was my longest trip to date at 5 days and this time I got to be host to my one brother who had never visited before. I also went on some rides for the first time (Mission:Space, Test Track & ToT).

Now my brother is so hooked, we're winging our way back in August for my 6th (and his 2nd) trip.

Oh, and I've never been to Disneyland...yet

Here's another way to look at this question that would COMPLETELY change the outcome...

1) Which Disney resort do you live closest to? Perhaps even better, which have you live closer to for more of your lifetime?

2) How many times have you been to other Disney parks?

See for me, this makes it an easy 5 (all WDW), instead of the couple dozen when you count Disneyland.

If I understand the question' I've only been to DL once when I was in the NAVY. I grew up a block off Surf Ave. in Coney Island and pretty much grew up on the Cyclone, but in your question that wouldn't count, (if the question was how many times have you been on a roller coast?) CORRECT?

Yeah, it does change circumstances because I'm about 4 hours away from Disneyland and have a lot of relatives around that area, so m many, many trips are to DLand. But I have gone to WDW at least 5 times.

Basically, you got it, yeah. A more accurate model would probably allow you to count any Disney park more than X miles away from your home at the time of the trip (perhaps something in the 1000 mile range)...
