disneylizzy Brilliant pics of the Flower and Garden festival. I've got to get to that sometime.

WHAT :o how can you say that about our beautiful castle?

If someone presented you with a cake made of vanilla sponge with frosting and all those bits of candy and it was made to look like the Castle Cake, my guess is that you would love it.

Sleepy90 liked this view so I took a pic.

Nice photo Joe! That's from Hollywood Studios right? I always feel like that park looks kind of drab, but the colors in that photo are very good.

We went to Magic Kingdom today and I brought my camera. Here are a few shots from the morning-

Probably so, but only because cake is a weakness of mine...so is Disney for that matter.

I also don't like pink...if it were purple, then maybe it would have a chance  ;)

I really liked what they did for both castles (WDW & DL) for the 50th though.

Same with me, cake is my weakness - luckily, most restaurants ruin it by making with carrots otherwise I would be fat. Why ruin a good cake by making it with a vegetable? I'm sure Len90 can tell you from his experiences at Prime Time Cafe that you must eat all your vegetables BEFORE you get dessert - NOT eat all your vegetables IN your dessert!

I ummm luckily got away without eating my vegetables. I just lied and said I'm allergic to those green things :D

As for castle cake, I honestly thought that somebody just dunked the castle with Pepto Bismol! Was not a fan of castle cake.

Didn't eat your vegetables, young man?!? Tsk, tsk - no cake for you!

I wasn't a fan of the castle cake too - felt like it was being recycled from Disneyland Paris, who did it before WDW.

Len, your mother let you get away with not eating your vegetables? Shame on Mama Len! It's a parent's job to make sure those green things are eaten.

Thanks :) We always try to ride the Main St. vehicles in the morning. It's such a neat way to go down Main St. and it really cuts through the crowds! This time we were very close to running into a tour group....the horse only stops for one thing if you know what I mean.

Water break? Stamp out how many trips he's been down Main Street with his hoof? Nibble a carrot? Belly scratch? Smile for a photo? What oh what could that one thing be?!?!

Yes, if I was talking about your afternoon, it would have started with a nap, had a nap in the middle, and ended with a nap...the other things probably are about right though ;)
