I totally agree. The drama queen in me would SOOOO love to be part of the haunted mansion, but unfortuately, I laugh and smile too easily.. hehe, not HM atmosphere I'm afraid... I could work at the POTC... but only if I could dress like a wench or PIRATE!....

You know, with my dance background... I could also be the fairy godmother on the floats... Wouldn't that be awesome?!?!

I think working with the playhouse disney stuff would be fun. I could help Bear in the Big Blue House get the little toddlers up and dancing! I agree that shorts and fun--sounds like a great place to retire!

I really enjoyed working in Tomorrowland attractions. I would love to work at Pirates, Haunted Mansion, or Star Tours, as well.

After all, there seem to be an inordinate number of older gentlemen working those boats. Hmm, shorts and sneakers, sunshine, exercise. Sounds like the life.

What's your dream Disney retirement gig? Any park, any resort. Oh heck, throw the cruise line in there too.

sweet...cause there are always two old guys running these boats...so i can join you...I told my wife thats what i wanted to retire doing.

Sounds great Croaker! I'll meet you there. And let's not report each other if we run into a dock or two!
No one's gloomy or complaining while the flatware's entertaining.

Pirates would rock. I'd be an awesome old pirate. Other than that, anything where I could make people happy. :mickey3: :donald: :goofy:

When I retire in about 30 years, I would love to be a cast member that hangs out with the characters, they always look like they are having such a good time and to get to see all the little kids light up at Pluto or Goofy, that would be great.

I would love to be an animal handler at the AK. Disney does such a great job, it seems like it would a lot of fun. Also from what I understand they start very early in the morning so you can avoid the heat.

My husband and I went to DW on our honeymoon and we have always joked that we should move down and he could drive the monorail and I could be Cinderella! Of course by the time we retire I could maybe be the Fairy Godmother... Still not a bad deal!

I've said this before. I want to be one of the guys on the Pontoon Boat that cleans the Flotsam out of the World Showcase lagoon. Those guys always look like the are having a good time and they have it made, the have a boat, and cooler...

Sign me up.

Any of the attraction would do me. Just working to MK once in a while would keep me young!
